SMART TRADE d.o.o. devotes maximal effort in regularly checking and updating information published on the website, but assumes no responsibility or warrants said information is always up to date, correct and/or complete. SMART TRADE d.o.o. reserves the right, at its sole assessment, to terminate access to the website and services associated with it in any way, at any time and without prior notice.

These Terms of Use are governed by Croatian law. In the event of a dispute, the Commercial Court of Zagreb is competent.
Generally, access to the SMART TRADE website is made available without giving away personal information. Data being collected may include: the name of the website from which you accessed the SMART TRADE page, your IP address, date and time of your access, the amount of data transferred, the type of browser you use, the number of website visits and the average time you spend on the site. Based on gathered data, we do not create personal user profiles, but use it for the purpose of maintaining the quality of the site and improving our services.
